I’ve had a career spreading over 20 years both brand and founder led business. From in-house at ASOS and The Guardian, working on campaign and brand strategy across Adidas, L'Oreal, Estee Lauder, Ray-Ban, Smashbox, Puma, and Ralph Lauren. I have worked in and on the brands that set the standard for how positioning gets built at scale, which means I can see very clearly when a founder-led brand is sitting on something genuinely distinctive and not making the most of it.
